Find the Lady

A blind woman is found murdered in the South Yorkshire town of Bromersley. Three unconnected witnesses swear that they saw a woman in a blue dress flee the scene minutes before the body was found. In addition, enquiries reveal that a picture of the missing woman, whose likeness was painted sixty years ago, has been discovered in the house of an acquaintance of the victim Detective Inspector Michael Angel has a real humdinger to solve, but tackles this unusual case with his customary tenacity and skill. Now he must find the lady before she murders again.
